SGAI – Standard steering system for non-standard loads
Featuring a traditional steering configuration, our SGAI battery-powered carts are specifically designed to handle heavy loads in environments where overhead cranes are impractical or unavailable. The SGAI system ensures precise maneuverability within industrial plants and factories, even in confined or restricted spaces. With load capacities of up to 500 tons, these industrial electric platform carts can operate on virtually any surface, without the constraints of rail-based systems.
OMNI – Omnidirectional steering system to unlock confined spaces
Morello’s OMNI battery-powered carts are engineered for applications where space is limited and maximum maneuverability is required. Equipped with fully independent wheel units, the OMNI system enables multidirectional (omnidirectional) movement, allowing even extremely heavy loads to be transported efficiently in the tightest environments.
The independent wheel architecture also allows for the integration of multiple axle lines, delivering load capacities of up to 1,000 tons per cart. In addition, the integrated lifting platform reduces reliance on overhead cranes, streamlining workflows and significantly improving productivity.
