While a control drawbar is available as an option, many customers prefer pendant or radio remote control solutions. These control systems help minimize the steering radius and provide smooth, precise, and effortless maneuvering, even when handling very heavy loads.

As a motorized pallet jack, the machine is designed to simplify operations that would otherwise require more complex handling methods, helping operators move large loads with greater control and less physical effort.

BATTERY POWER, runtime and charging options

All Morello’s heavy-duty electric pallet jacks are battery-powered. Each model can be equipped with either traditional lead-acid batteries or high-performance lithium batteries.

A battery-powered pallet jack with lithium technology offers greater flexibility, faster charging times, and longer service life. Lithium batteries significantly reduce downtime by allowing opportunity charging in just a few minutes during breaks or shift changes.

From complete discharge, a full recharge can be achieved in approximately 2 hours. The operating autonomy depends on the load, route, floor conditions, frequency of use and work cycle, so the battery configuration is evaluated according to the customer’s real handling process.

Standard pallet jacks are generally intended for lighter warehouse handling and conventional pallet movement. Morello’s heavy-duty electric pallet trucks are developed for industrial applications where load capacity, lifting force, customization and safety requirements are much higher.

Compared with a standard solution, an electric pallet truck can handle loads up to 100 tons, operate with customized steel pallets or supports, and include dedicated dimensions, controls, wheels and safety options.
