These machines deliver outstanding flexibility in material handling, combining an ultra-low loading height with powerful lifting performance.

With Morello’s heavy-duty electric pallet jacks, heavy loads can be moved safely and efficiently without the use of overhead cranes, eliminating the risks associated with suspended loads.

Loads are positioned on specially engineered steel pallets, fully customizable by Morello, allowing the pallet jacks to slide underneath, lift, and transport them throughout your facility. Alternatively, loads can rest on supports such as wooden blocks, enabling the walk-behind pallet jacks to lift and transfer them safely to different supports or locations.

All of this is possible with loads weighing up to 100 tons!

Completely EFFORTLESS OPERATION

To ensure maximum ease of use, Morello’s heavy-duty electric pallet trucks are equipped with a motorized steering system that significantly reduces operator effort. While a control drawbar is available as an option, many customers prefer pendant or radio remote control solutions, which minimize the steering radius and provide smooth, precise, and effortless maneuvering.

ALWAYS READY TO WORK with long-lasting lithium batteries

All Morello’s heavy-duty electric pallet jacks are battery-powered. Each model can be equipped with either traditional lead-acid batteries or high-performance lithium batteries, with lithium technology preferred for its greater flexibility, faster charging times, and longer service life. Lithium batteries significantly reduce downtime, allowing opportunity charging in just a few minutes during breaks or shift changes and achieving a full recharge in approximately 2 hours from complete discharge.
